目的:通过对在校大学生不同强度骑车运动的比较研究,探讨不同运动强度对大学生健身功效的差异.方法:随机抽取30名北京师范大学学生(其中男、女各15名),分别以45%、55%、65% VO2max强度进行功率自行车运动,采用气体代谢法测定机体的气体代谢量、能耗量及主观体力感觉程度.结果:随着运动强度的增大,心肺功能的各项指标呈上升趋势,糖氧化分解量和总能量消耗逐渐增大,而脂肪的供能量在55% VO2max强度时达到最大,在65% VO2max度时反而下降.结论:45% VO2max强度的骑车运动,心率介于115~137次/min,是大学生初期健身的最佳强度;55%VO2max强度的骑车运动,心率介于138~ 156次/min,是大学生塑身减肥的最佳强度;65%VO2max强度的骑车运动,心率介于157~ 174次/min,是发展大学生有氧耐力的最佳强度.
Objective : To study and compare the differences of different exercise intensities on college students' fitness func tion through the comparative study of different intensity cycling. Methods :30 students from Beijing Normal University were chosen randomly( 15 male students and 15 female students) and performed cycling tests under the intensities of 45%, 55% ,65% VO2. During the exercise, the amount of gas metabolism, energy expenditure and perceived rate of exertion were analyzed through the respiratory gas, as well as rating of perceived exertion, RPE. Results:With increasing exercise intensity, each index of cardiopulmonary function is on the rise, CHO oxidation and total energy expenditure increase grad ually, fat oxidation at the intensity of 55 % VO2max is maximal while decreases at the intensity of 65 % VO2max. Conclusions: Cycling under the intensity of 45 % VO2m2, with heart rate changes between 115 - 137bpm, is the optimal intensity for col lege students' physical fitness at preliminary stage. Cycling under the intensity of 55% VO2 with heart rate of 138 -156bpm,is the optimal intensity for college students to lose weight. And cycling under the intensity of 65% VO2 with heart rate between 157 - 174bpm,is the optimal intensity for them to aerobic endurance.
