GmPAP1 is a gene induced by low-phosphorus condition,the sequence polymorphisms of GmPAP1 in comparison with the control gene sequence（AF236108）from Genebank were analyzed by cloning in 68 wild soybean genotypes mainly from the subtropical zone： Jiangxi,Hunan,Fujian province and Guangxi Autonomous Region in South China.The results showed that,22 SNPs and 6 Indels were found.Among these polymorphic sites,13 transition,9 transversion and 14 non-synonymous mutations were detected,indicating the abundance of gene diversity among these genotypes.
