为了有效控制施工过程中的钢结构变形,提高安装精度以及确保受力安全,结合人民日报综合办公楼的钢结构安装,通过有限元软件对不同的安装工况中的结构变形以及应力发展情况进行模拟,在此基础之上确定了安装方案并提出了安装建议.在安装过程中通过结构安装的复核计算和监测,确保了安装过程中的结构安全、结构位移,并采用变形预调的方法,对结构安装变形进行了有效控制,提高了安装精度.结果表明:通过对施工过程采用变形预调,可提高安装精度,确保结构成形后的实际状态满足设计要求,使结构受力更合理.
To effectively control the deformation of steel structure during the construction process, and improve the accuracy and safety of the installation, finite element software was adopted to simulate the development of structural deformation and stress under different installation conditions on the People's Daily office building steel structure installation. According to the simulation results, the installation program and installation recommendations were proposed. During the installation process, the deformation and stress of the structure were monitored and compared with calculation results to ensure the structural safety. Meanwhile, pre-set deformation method was adopted to control the deformation structure installation. Results show that using pre-set deformation method during the construction process, the accuracy of the installation can be improved and the structural form can be ensured to meet design requirements; therefore, the mechanical properties of the structure are more reasonable.
