根据力平衡和力矩平衡原理,建立了与摆线轮自转角度、曲柄轴自转角度相关的曲柄轴受力分析方法。使用ADAMS软件,进行了系统运动仿真,提取曲柄轴受力数据,与理论分析数据相比,验证了曲柄轴受力分析方法的合理性。分析了在上述受力下RV减速器传动的弹性精度误差,以及曲柄轴偏心距误差对上述传动误差的影响,由此可知,曲柄轴偏心距向负偏差变化时,各齿啮合力和曲柄轴受力增加,但RV减速器传动弹性精度得到了提高。
According to the principle of force balance and moment balance, the crankshaft force analysis method with the rotation angle of the cycloid gear and the crankshaft is established. Adams software is used to simulate the system motion, then the crankshaft force data is extracted, and compare the theoretical analysis data with the simulation data, the rationality of the crankshaft force analysis method is verified. The error of the elasticity transmission accuracy of the RV reducer under the above force is analyzed, and the influence of the crankshaft eccentricity error on the above transmission error is conducted. And the conclusion is obtained that, when the crankshaft eccentricity change to the negative deviation, the tooth engaging force and the crankshaft force increase, and the R~ reducer transmission accuracy is improved.
