针对现有水泥砂浆抹面或混凝土水池存在施工周期长、维修成本高、防渗性差、难于规模化生产等一系列问题,设计了一种新型拼装式SMC(sheet molding compound)水池结构,并利用ANSYS软件建立了水池的有限元模型,分析了水池结构的应力和变形情况.运用电测技术对其进行试验分析,证实了有限元模型的合理性,在此基础上,分析了水池结构在空载、满载等不同工况下强度和刚度的变化规律.研究结果表明,新型水池能够满足设计要求.
Aiming at a series of problems of the existing cement mortar or concrete pool such as long construction period, high maintenance cost, poor anti-seepage and difficult to scale production etc, a new type of assembled SMC pool is designed. For studying the structural characteristics of the pool, a finite element model of the pool is established by using ANSYS software, and the stress and deformation of the s cal measurement tec the finite element m ness is analyzed meet the design und tructure are obtained.
