以寺家庄矿松软低透煤层瓦斯治理项目为工程背景,采用COMSOL软件对造穴周围煤体应力和渗透率演化规律及钻孔瓦斯流动特征进行了研究。在此基础上,考虑了瓦斯抽采过程中的孔间互扰作用,制定了瓦斯抽采方案,并进行了现场试验,验证了模拟结果。采用新技术之后,寺家庄矿钻孔工程量降低了45.9%,同时瓦斯抽采浓度提高了3倍,瓦斯抽采纯量提高了1.9倍,瓦斯抽采效果明显改善。
With the background of loose and low permeability coal seam gas control project in Sijiazhuang Coal Mine, COMSOL software is used to simulate the stress and permeability evolution of coal surrounding the boreholes and characteristics of gas flow.On this basis, considering the mutual interference among boreholes into account, the gas extraction scheme was designed and field practice was carried out. The results show that, after using the hydraulic flushing technology, the footage of boreholes decreases by45.9 %, while the gas concentration increases by 3 times and the gas extraction increases by 1.9 times, the effect of gas drainage has been greatly improved.
