通过消毒排污和去除部分老化填料添加新填料的方法对循环水养殖系统生物滤池进行清理,并于清理后第2天、第10天、第16天采集各水处理单元的水样,测定氨氮浓度,比较分析清理后的氨氮去除率的变化情况,结果显示清理后不同时间点各水处理单元的氨氮浓度均呈现先上升后下降的现象,且下降至低于初始氨氮值的水平。第2天氨氮浓度去除率仅13.79%,至第10天升高至25.97%,第16天去除率达到78.72%。研究证实在生物滤池清理后的2周左右,生物滤池对氨氮的处理发挥了作用。
The cleaning of bio-filter is conducted by disinfection and pollution discharge as well as discarding some old and adding some new bio-film formation material.After cleaning,the water sampling was collected on the 2^th day,10^th day and 16 th day,separately.The concentrations of ammonia-nitrogen at different sampling points showed a phenomenon of firstly increasing and then decreasing,and the decreasing values were lower than the initial level.In addition,the NH3-N removal rages at different sampling points were 13.79%(the 2^th day),25.97%(the 10^th day)and 78.72%(the 16 th day)respectively.The results proved that the bio-filter for NH3-N removal worked efficiently after the bio-filter cleaning in 2weeks later.
