针对碾压混凝土坝易开裂且不易精细仿真的问题,利用目前成熟的三维非稳定温度场和应力场仿真计算理论,引用非均质层合单元法,对某水电站碾压混凝土坝溢流坝段进行温度和应力的仿真计算和分析,计算同时考虑诱导缝的影响。结果表明:非均质层合单元法能够有效模拟碾压混凝土薄层浇筑的特点,且能大幅减少前处理工作量和计算耗时;碾压混凝土坝溢流坝段设置诱导缝能够减小施工期乃至运行期的不利拉应力,对防裂有利。
In view of the problem of crack of RCCD and fine simulation difficulty,the 3D-FEM of unstable temperature field and stress field and the method of inhomogeneity laminating element were used,and then the temperature control of spillway dam with induced crack of a RCCD project was carried out.The result showed that the characteristic of thin layer pouring of RCCD could be simulated efficiently and pro-processing workload and computing time are reduced greatly by the method of inhomogeneity laminating element;the induced crack in spillway dam of RCCD can decrease tensile stress,which was advantageous to crack prevention.
