Industrial symbiosis network is an efficient organizational form for improving resource recycling and application efficiency through enterprises collaboration within industrial cluster area. Industrial symbiosis network in industrial cluster area is composed of enterprises, industrial action and resource. Based on the circular economy theory, combing with international tendency of industrial symbiosis network in industry cluster area, two kinds of representative operating patterns are put forward, which include relying-on-oriented and nesting-oriented industrial symbiosis network, further more, nesting-oriented industrial symbiosis network is more stable and safe.
