随着法治中国建设的深入开展和司法改革的纵深推进，作为司法机关之一的检察机关也需着力展开新一轮的改革与自身完善，其中一个重要内容就是改革和完善检察机关的内部组织体系、组织机构和组织结构。从检察机关内部组织结构来看，改革涉及到检察机关上下级领导体制与检察长的选任、检察机关内部组织机构的设置与革新两个问题。进一步完善检察机关的负责人选任制度改革，理顺检察机关上下级领导体制，统一检察机关内设机构称谓、设置，完善派出检察机关，是保障检察权有效运行的组织载体和实体基础。结合我国现行宪法和相关法律规定并考察检察实践，上述两个方面存在的问题需要引起重视并继续着力加以改进，从而使检察改革更具实效并助推司法改革和法治中国建设向更高水平发展。
英文摘要：
With the in-depth development of China＇s rule of law and to promote judicial reform, procuratorial organs should also focus on the new series of judicial reform and their own perfection. One of the important content is to reform and improve the internal organization system, organization and organizational structure of procuratorial organs. As for the internal organizational structure of procuratorial organs, the reform involves the leadership system of procuratorial organs including the selection of the attorney general and the establishment and innovation of the procuratorial organs＇ intemal organization. Efficient operation of procuratorial organization is based on further improving the reform of selection system of the attorney general, streamlining the leadership system, unifying the appellations, establishing procuratorial organ＇s internal institutions, and improving the local procurator organs. According to our country＇s constitution and relevant laws and regulations and the procuratorial practice, we should payattention to problems in respect of the above two aspects and continue to promote the procuratorial and judicial reforms and China＇s rule of law in a more efficient way.
