用美国Dynamax公司生产的高压流速仪（High Pressure Flow Meter,HPFM）对豆类作物、西红柿、果树根系和冠层导水率以及苹果树苗全冠层阻力进行了测定试验研究,结果表明：此仪器在测定作物导水率及阻力时具有便于携带、测量时间较短、精度较高、范围较广等优点,不仅在实验室而且在大田中可以进行原位测定。
英文摘要：
Hydraulic conductivity and resistance of plant such as bean plant, tomato and apple root and shoots were measured and studied with High Pressure Flow Meter （HPFM） manufactured by Dynamax Corporation in USA. The results show that High Pressure Flow Meter has the advantage of simple handling, shorter measurement time and larger measurement range and higher resolution. So it is suitable for dynamic measurement of hydraulic conductivity of plant in laboratory and field.
