介绍了一种可以运用到海港、无磁环境的CFRP混凝土薄板——三维碳纤维网格筋增强混凝土板,用碳纤维网格筋代替容易锈蚀的钢筋,并在上下CFRP网格筋之间用CFRP工字棒连接,既增强了构件的整体性,又提高了混凝土板的刚度。运用截面换算法推导出了三维碳纤维网格筋增强混凝土板在正常使用阶段的截面有效抗弯刚度;在假定"超筋"破坏的前提下,用平截面假定推导出了三维碳纤维网格筋增强混凝土板的抗弯极限承载力;依据相关规范进行三维碳纤维网格筋增强混凝土板的设计并给出设计实例及计算方法。
It advanced a newCFRP- concrete panel( concrete panel strengthened by 3D- CFRP grids),which can be used in the marine or non- magnetic environment. Use the CFRP grids instead of the rebar which would be easily corroded. Some CFRP I- sticks are used to connect with the upper grids and the lower grids. It can enhance the integrity of the components and improves the stiffness of the concrete panel. The effective bending stiffness of this kind of panels was deduced by transformed section method. It also derivated the flexural capacity of the panel under the compression failure of an over- reinforced member. It brings up a whole structured design process and gives the designparameter of the panel.
