为解决主管开关损耗问题,提出了一种新型恒流源驱动电路,电感电流断续,相比电流连续模式,减少了不必要的导通损耗。逻辑控制简单、灵活、易实现,可靠性高。详细分析了所提驱动电路工作原理以及参数设计。在一个100 V输入/300 V输出/额定功率400 W的Boost电路上测试表明,满载下效率较传统驱动提升1%以上。
To solve the problem,a new constant current source drive circuit was proposed in this paper. The inductance's current is discontinuous,and this can reduce the unnecessary conduction losses compared with the continuous inductance current. The logic control is simple,flexible,easy to implement and high reliable. The operating principles and parameters' designing of the drive circuit was elaborated. A test,on a 100 V input /300 V output /400 W rated power Boost circuit,showed that the system's efficiency has increased by 1% under full load compared to that with traditional drive circuit.
