The Express plus Manufacturing is a local practice in Quanzhou as a response to the National Express plus strategy,which actively explore the transformation from traditional manufacturing to modern manufacturing in Quanzhou.Such a strategy is the result of long term integration of express companies and manufacturing enterprises,the integration itself is a long-term complex systems engineering,which needs to be run in and out of the two parties and to be strong supported by the corresponding information technology.Quanzhou has a good foundation of the traditional manufacturing industry,and Quanzhou＇s Express plus Manufacturing strategy is based on the industrial structure and regional industrial characteristics of it.The implementation of the strategy will help the traditional manufacturing industry to technology intensive,promote the traditional manufacturing industry to scale,customization and internationalization of production direction,which lays a firm basis for the transformation of Quanzhou manufacturing from traditional to modern manufacturing.
