利用对城市二级处理水进行了臭氧预氧化,测定了水中残留有机物的分子量分布,并采用PVDF超滤膜对不同分子量分布的二级处理水进行了过滤.结果发现,水中有机物的分子量分布对膜的阻力构成影响很大,堵孔阻力和滤饼阻力对膜污染阻力起控制作用,有机物分子量分布与膜阻力之间有如下关系:1)2/15〈d/φ〈1/3(d为水中有机物分子直径,φ为膜孔直径)的有机物易在膜孔内表面产生吸附,而d/φ〈2/15时,有机物则易透过膜孔;2)1/3〈d/φ〈1的有机物主要形成膜表面和膜孔内的堵塞,1〈d/φ〈5/3的有机物主要形成膜表面的堵孔;3)d/φ〉1特别是d/φ〉5/3的有机物则是形成膜表面滤饼的主体.
In this paper, ozonization was used for the secondary effluent and the molecular size distribution of organic matter in water was determined, and polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF) UF membrane was adopted to filtrate the water with different molecular size distribution Of organic matter. The results indicated that molecular size distribution of organic matter has a great, influence on membrane resistances. The block resistance and cake layer resistance were the major factors causing membrane resistance. The relation between molecular size distribution of organic matter and membrane resistance is as follows: (1) when d/φ〈 2/15 (d: the molecular size of the organic matter in water; φ: membrane pore size), the organic matter could permeate through the membrane pore easily, while 2/15 〈 d/φ 〈 1/3, the organic matter was inclined to cause adsorption in the surface of membrane pore; (2) when 1/3 〈 d/φ 〈 1 the organic matter mainly lead to the block of the surface of membrane and of pores as well, when 1 〈 d/φ 〈 5/3, the organic matter mainly caused the block of the surface; (3) when d/φ 〉 1, especially d/φ 〉5/3, the organic matter will be the main parts of the cake.
