采用激光立体成形技术(LaserSolidForming,LSF)制备了多孔钛合金材料,研究了激光立体成形工艺参数对多孔钛孔隙的影响以及多孔钛的力学性能。得到的主要结论如下:(1)激光立体成形工艺参数对熔覆道的尺寸的影响较大。(2)激光立体成形工艺参数对孔隙尺寸和形貌具有显著影响,通过调节工艺参数可得到孔隙不同的多孔钛块体。(3)测量已制备出的多孔钛块体材料的孔隙率分别为14.01%、16.99%、21.12%,拉伸性能在160-350mp之间变化;激光立体成形的多孔钛材料,其纵向和横向弹性模量的变化差异,是由于孔隙各向异性的存在而造成的,尽管如此,多孔钛材料的弹性模量由于孔隙的引入,远小于纯钛的模量(55~117GPa),符合植入体材料(3-60GPa)的要求。
Influence of process parameters on porosity and properties of Porous titanium alloy fabricated by Laser Solid Forming (LSF) is investigated. The results indicate that the size of single-pass cladding is influenced by process parameters seriously. Process parameters also play an important role on the size and morphology of internal pores, then different porosities of porous titanium is obtained by changing the process parameters. The tensile property of porous titanium structures by LSF has been tailored between 160 and 350 MPa, which contain 14.01%, 16.99%, 21.12% porosity. In addition to the above, the research indicates that there is also a difference on the effective modulus between longitudinal and horizontal directions due to the aeolotropism of internal pores. Even so, the effective modulus of porous titanium is much less than that of pure titanium (55-117Gpa) because of the additional pores, which adjusts to the requirements of implant (3-60Gpa).
