通过检测不同倾斜角曝晒后涂层的光泽度、涂层与基底间结合强度及耐盐雾腐蚀性能,研究亚湿热城市性气候环境中,曝晒倾斜角对丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层耐蚀性能的影响.结果发现户外30°倾斜角曝晒使丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层的耐蚀性能下降最快,0°次之,45°这种影响最小.
Acrylic/polyurethane coating is chose as the object for examination among several current top coatings. In this paper the performance of the coating was evaluated after outdoor exposure by different declination angles to the horizone in a typical muggy and urban atmosphere in subtropical zone (outdoor exposure site in Wuhan). Several experiments are done on such coating after being exposured in Wuhan for 3, 6, 12 months, such as measuring gloss loss rate, adhasive strength between coating and substrate, and salt-fog resistance. It is proved that the outdoor exposure exhibits significant effect on the corrosion resistance of the Acrylic/polyurethane coating. The deterioration of the coating is chrongly dependent on the declination analys, among which an angle of 30° shows the strong effect and then 0° and 45° are followed.
