战略联盟背景下的知识转移过程包含企业从合作伙伴处获取、应用及内化知识的一系列活动。在对联盟知识转移过程进行界定的基础上,探讨了联盟企业的知识获取、知识应用及知识内化间的相互关系,并分析了共同愿景对上述知识转移各要素间关系的调节作用。通过对205家联盟企业双源数据的分析表明,能够从合作伙伴处获取更多知识的企业,其知识应用及内化的程度也更高;知识应用在知识获取与知识内化间起部分中介作用。此外,共同愿景对知识获取与知识应用、知识获取与知识内化间的关系均具有正向调节作用。
In strategic alliances, knowledge transfer includes a series of activities such as knowledge acquisition, knowledge application, and knowledge internalization. This paper examines the relationships between these knowledge transfer activities. It also examines the moderating of shared vision on the relationship between knowledge acquisition and knowledge application and between knowledge acquisition and knowledge internalization. Data to test the model were collected by interviewing two key informants in each of 205 partner firms in China. Results indicate that a firm who acquires more knowledge from partners will also apply and internalize the acquired knowledge more extensively. Knowledge application plays a partial mediation role in the relationship between knowledge acquisition and internalization. Besides, shared vision positively moderates the relationships between knowledge acquisition and knowledge application and between knowledge acquisition and knowledge internalization. This study offers important theoretical and managerial insights for efficient and effective knowledge transfer in alliances.
