The use of scientific computing data on the Web becomes a hot issue. Firstly tests several kinds of Web chart tools which based on JavaScript, Flash, Silverlight and Java Applet, and tests the 2D graphics drawing performance of JavaScript and Flash with the most simplify code, secondly. These results are useful and will give guides to visualizing large data set of scientific computing in Web chart.
