There are two types of data management methods in the current-file management and database manage-ment.Both of them have their advantages and disadvantages .On analysis of the advantages and disadvantages ,all kinds of the data from 3D laser scanning and processing is fit to be managed with file -database management model .In this mode of data management ,data managed with file management is organized with a certain orderliness and normative .Un-der Database management ,the data is designed to describe the data and the relationship between it .Using this data man-agement model ,the efficiency of data query has been raised .
