分析了二极管箝位型三电平逆变器的拓扑和工作原理,阐述了其多载波同向层叠调制的具体实现过程,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK搭建了相应的仿真模型.仿真实验验证了多载波同向层叠方法的可行性、灵活性.实验过程中还发现两电平逆变器的一些结论和控制算法同样适用于三电平逆变器,从而较好地拓展了研究思路.
This paper analyzes the topology and working principle of NPC three-level inverter,discusses its specific realization process of multi-carrier phase disposition modulation.Then the corresponding simulation models are built with MATLAB/SIMULINK.Simulation experiments have verified the feasibility and flexibility of multi-carrier phase disposition method.During the experiment,some conclusions and control algorithms of two-level inverter are found that they are fit for three-level inverter.Thus the research idea is better extended.
