采用DEA（数据包络分析）方法和标准化面板数据,对15所高校图书馆的效率进行了评价.分析发现,DEA方法对图书馆效率评价具有科学客观、易于操作的特点,是一种适用于评价高校图书馆相对效率的量化方法.运用DEA方法可以发现高校图书馆的效率是否处于相对有效状态,可以判断其规模收益处于递增或递减的状态,利用松弛变量值可以计算出投入冗余量和产出不足量.
英文摘要：
The paper uses DEA （ Data Envelopment Analysis ） and data of standardized panel to evaluate 15 university libraries＇ efficiency. The analysis reveals that DEA method has characteristics of being scientific, objective and easy to operate in evaluation of library＇s efficiency, is a suitable quantitative method for evaluating relative efficiency of university library. DEA method can be used to find whether the efficiency of university library is in a state of relative efficiency, to judge its scale returns being in status of increasing or decreasing, and to calculate the redundancy of input and insufficiency of outout with slack variables.
