目的:探讨不同视觉刺激对男性海洛因依赖者(MPHD)P300的影响.方法:检测38例MPHD和14例健康对照前额区(Fz)、中央区(Cz)及顶区(Pz)视觉P300.结果:不同视觉刺激使得MPHD在Fz,Cz及Pz点的P300潜伏期变化幅度小于健康对照(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:MPHD存在皮质功能的紊乱,注意力呈现一定的偏好性,反应控制能力下降.
Odjective :To explore the effect of different visual stimuli on P300 in male patients with heroin dependence (MPHD). Methods.Thirty -eight MPHD and 14 healthy controls were examined on the visual cognitive potential P300 at forehead zone (Fz), central zone (Cz) and parietal zone (Pz) with neuroscan event related potential apparatus. Results: MPHD showed significant lower P300 latency change scope in response to animal related pictures compared with drug related pictures at Fz, Cz and Pz zones than healthy controls (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: MPHD suffer from cortex dysfunction presenting as attention bias and their executive control capacity have decreased.
