鉴于growthfactorreceptor—boundprotein14（GRBl4）在胰岛素信号和纤维母细胞生长因子（fibroblastgrowthfactor，FGF）信号调节上的重要作用。研究表明GRBl4与脊椎动物的生长发育有着密切的联系。近年来，该基因已经成为调控胰岛素信号和FGF信号途径的研究热点，但在牛上还未见报道。在此，本文对牛grbl4基因的功能及其相应机理进行了综述。
英文摘要：
Growth factor receptor bound protein 14（GRB14）played an important role in regulatiing insulin signaling and fibroblast growth factor signaling. It had been reported that GRB14 had great correlation with growth and development of vertebrate. In recent years, grb14 has become popular in researches of regulating insulin and fibroblast growth factor signaling. But it had not been reported in cattle. The functions and its corresponding mechanism, were summarized in this paper.
