英文摘要：

Objective To study the cognition and attitude of health staffs on college community health service,in order to improving the level of college community health service and satisfy the health needs of college teachers and stu- dents. Methods Health staffs in college community health service were investigated with self-designed questionnaire and interview outlines by the combination of the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results The supporting rate of investigated health staffs for college community health service was 64.1%.The most of investigated health staffs thought that basic health and public health service should be emphasized at the same time.65.1% of investigated health staffs thought that health service could be extended for the social crowd and college community health service should be de- veloped quickly by the ways of system,resource and propaganda. Conclusion The relative organizations should make the corresponding policies,increase propaganda and investment,and enhance the preventive health care working for ac- celerating the development of college community health service.
