针对目前的二维航标应用系统无法表达航标的真实视觉效果及其融入周围环境的互动式的视觉效应,现有的三维航标系统缺乏定量的配布分析工具与有效的评估方式等问题,设计了基于GIS与虚拟仿真的三维航标配布系统的架构,研究了三维布标环境可视化、航标灯的仿真以及航标配布分析、配布方法、效能评估等关键技术,开发了三维航标配布系统,并在广东海事局蛇口港得到了应用。
A new framework of 3D aids to navigation(AtoN) setting system based on GIS and virtual simulation is proposed.Some key techniques and algorithms including 3D environment simulation,AtoN simulation,automatic setting analysis and method,efficiency evaluation are discussed in detail.Based on the above algorithms and strategies,a 3D Aids to navigation setting system based on GIS and virtual simulation was developed and obtained initial application in Shekou Harbor of Guangdong Marine Safety Administration Bureau.
