采用理论分析、物理模拟和现场实测方法,研究了石圪台煤矿不同间距的近距离煤层综采面的矿压显现规律。结果表明浅埋特近距离煤层工作面的周期来压持续长度较小,动载系数小,安全阀开启率低,矿压显现不强烈。另外,8m层间距区域层间有关键层,工作面矿压显现受层间关键层控制;2 m层间距区域层间不存在关键层,由于上煤层基本顶层位低,经重复采动难以形成结构,工作面矿压显现规律受基本顶之上一层关键层控制,且层间无关键层区域工作面矿压显现比有关键层时弱。
Strata behavior regularities of fully mechanized mining faces of coal seams with different distances in Shigetai Coal Mine were studied by using theoretical analysis,physical simulation and field measurement methods.The results showed that the persistence length of periodic weighting in working faces under shallow coal seams with extra close distance was short,and the dynamic load coefficient was small,the open rate of safety valve was low and the strata behaviors were not strong.Besides,the strata behaviors of working face were controlled by key stratum of interlayer between coal seams with 8 m distance.There was not a key stratum in interlayer between coal seams with 2 m distance,and because the basic roof position of upper coal seam was low,the basic roof was influenced by repeated mining and couldn't form structure,strata behavior regularities of working face were controlled by key stratum above basic roof of upper coal seam.And when there was a key stratum between coal seams,the strata behaviors in working face were stronger than that when there was no key stratum between coal seams.
