领导惯域不仅能反映一定时期的领导者行为模式还可以反映领导者对复杂、不确定性环境的应变能力。如何对领导惯域进行测量是培育和改善领导惯域的关键。本文在界定领导惯域概念的基础上,选取团队领导为研究对象,基于团队领导惯域灵活性、示范性、互适性等特征,构建了初始量表。研究中,通过专家采访、小样本测试以及项目分析精炼修改后,从26个题项,删除11个测试题项,面向团队领导收集了153份有效问卷。运用Cronbach's α系数考察量表的信度、用专家效度和结构效度进行效度检验,证明了量表有较高的信度和效度,为团队领导惯域研究与应用提供了量化工具。
In order to better and more effectively to the protection of the minority intangible cultural heritage , through the an-alysis of the dumb festival, the paper explore protection countermeasures under tourism development of the minority intangible cultural heritage. In the process of protection and inheritance of the dumb festival, main difficulties is the lack of funds, the small scale of inheritors, the public participation is not enough, in fact these difficulties is also present in most of the minority intangible cultural heritage protection and heritage in our country. To solve these problems , tourism development is a feasible and necessary way, through the implementation of tourism development, tourism can provide the protection funds, promote deeper mining, can be very good to spread knowledge for the dumb festival and can promote the development of the local economy, improve the infrastructure and service level. Finally, we can achieve a win-win situation of cultural value and economic value.
