采用人工浸渍接种法对5个常用亲本和近年选育的5个甘蔗新品种(系)进行黑穗病抗性鉴定;同时采用针刺法对其中4个常用亲本品种(系)进行接种鉴定。结果表明,采用浸渍法接种,只有ROC25表现为高抗,桂糖29号和桂糖02-963表现为中等,桂糖02-1156、桂糖33号、桂糖21号和桂糖02-649表现为感病,粤糖93-159、桂糖11号和ROC22号表现为高感;采用针刺法接种,桂糖21号、ROC25、粤糖93-159和桂糖11号全部表现为高感。该结果为新品种的推广和杂交亲本的选用提供依据,并探讨了不同接种方式在甘蔗黑穗病抗性评价中的作用。
5 sugarcane parents and 5 sugarcane varieties were selected to identify the response to smut disease by means of dipping inoculation and 4 of them by puncturing inoculation. The results show that ROC25 has high level of resistance to smut, Guitang29 and Guitang02-963 are medium resistant while Guitang02-1156, Guitang33, Guitang21 and Guitang02-649 are susceptible; Yuetang93-159, Guitang11 and ROC22 were highly susceptible by dipping inoculation. Guitang21, ROC25, Yuetang93-159 and Guitangl 1 are all highly susceptible by means of puncturing inoculation. The results provided the basis for commercialization of new varieties and for selection of parental breeding lines, and the varied role of different inoculation methods in the evaluation of resistance to smut.
