This paper analyzes the connotation of knowledge and information resource and the mechanism of their contribution to economy growth,discusses the influence of information technology on knowledge and information resource,and holds that the knowledge and information resource show mutually-promoting relationship.On this basis,the measure formula of the co-action efficiency of knowledge and information resource to economic growth is derived with the production function.
