以正硅酸乙酯为前驱物,硝酸为催化剂,应用溶胶凝胶法,制备出了RDX/AP/SiO2复合含能材料。采用SEM、EDS能谱和BET比表面积对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,RDX/AP/SiO2复合材料是以SiO2为凝胶骨架,AP与RDX进入凝胶孔洞而形成的。运用热分析仪(TGA/DSC)对复合材料热性能进行测试。结果表明,RDX/AP/SiO2复合材料中的AP的分解温度大大提前,几乎与RDX同时分解,且分解热远高于物理共混的,提高了603.7 J/g,主要原因是RDX分解时释放的NO2等气体能促进AP的分解,同时AP分解提供的氧能使RDX分解产物进一步分解。
RDX/AP/SiO2 composite energetic material was prepared by sol-gel method.The structure of RDX/AP/SiO2 composite material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometer and BET method.The result shows that SiO2 gel and RDX/AP are the matrix and filler respectively.Using thermal analysis(TGA/DSC),the thermal properties of the composite materials were measured.It shows that the decomposition temperature of AP in the composite materials is decreased greatly.Most of AP decomposes along with decomposition of RDX.The decomposition enthalpy of the composite material increases by 603.7 J/g,compared to that of physical mixtures.Therefore the strong interaction of RDX and AP can accelerate the decomposition of each other.
