目的:研究不同剂量的碘酸钾(KIO3)和碘化钾(KI)对Wistar大鼠缺碘性甲状腺肿的治疗效果。方法:在成功复制缺碘性甲状腺肿动物模型的基础上,分别给予适量碘(1倍)、5倍和50倍于适量碘的KIO3和KI这6种措施进行干预治疗.治疗3个月后应用MIAS-2000型图像分析系统对甲状腺滤泡进行体视学指标的测量和分析。结果:比较8组观测指标发现。甲状腺滤泡的表面积密度(Sv)和球形因子(SF)8组间无统计学差异。6个治疗组的甲状腺滤泡平均体积(V)、平均表面积(S)、体积密度(Vv)均明显高于低碘组(LI组)而低于适碘对照组(NI组);数密度(Nv)则明显低于LI组而高于NI组。在3个不同补碘水平上,KIO3和KI组间比较无显著性差异。6个治疗组比较发现,50倍KI和50倍KIO3组的体积密度均高于其余4组。结论:(1)不同剂量的KIO3和KI均对缺碘性甲状腺肿有显著疗效。(2)KIO3和KI对甲状腺肿的治疗效果无明显不同。(3)5倍补碘治疗效果与1倍相似,5倍碘未见明显副作用,但是补大剂量的碘会造成甲状腺损伤。(4)适当剂量的KIO3对于纠正碘缺乏是安全有效的。
Objective: To study the treatment of KIO3 and KI in different dosage on goiter induced by iodine deficiency by using the stereologieal technique. Methods:The rats with iodine deficiency goiter were divided into 6 groups given by different dosage of KIO3 and KI respectively, that was normal iodine (1 fold), 5 fold and 50 fold KIO3 and KI for 3 months. The other 2 groups of low iodine (LI) and normal iodine (NI) remained as the control. Total 150-200 thyroid follicles were analyzed by MIAS-2000 Image Analysis System. Results: (1)The mean follicular volume (V), mean surface (S) and volume density (Vv) in 6 treatment groups were significantly higher than those in low iodine (LI) and lower than those in normal group (NI). The numerical density (Nv) was markedly lower than the LI group and higher than NI group. (2) The surface density (Sv) and spherical form (SF) were not different from LI and NI groups. (3)No difference was found between KIO3 and KI treatment groups at 3 iodine dosage levels. (4)There was no difference between 5 fold and 1 fold groups, but Vv of the 50×KIO3 and 50×KI groups were significantly higher than the other 4 treatment groups. Conclusion: (1)Goiter with iodine supplement has noticeably, but not completely recovered. (2)KIO3 and KI are both effective on goiter and their treatment effects are no significant difference. (3)No side-effect is found in 5 fold of normal iodine intake, but 50 fold of normal iodine intake may retard the goiter recovering. (4)Appropriate KIO3 is safe and effective to edible salt of KIO3 and KI supplement for treatment goiter.
