AThe paper deals with the stability and Hopf bifurcation of a class of gene regulatory networks mediated by small mRNA, sRNA and protein with time delay. Determining τ as the bifurcation parameter, based on bifurcation and stability theory, we give some criteria for stability and Hopf bifurcation of this system. Numerical simulations are given to validate the theoretical analysis.
