中文摘要:

制动系统作为机械设备的重要安全保障装置,对其进行状态监测和故障诊断对保障安全可靠运行有着重要意义。在对设备状态监测和故障诊断技术的简单介绍基础上,综述了制动系统状态监测技术的研究现状,指出制动摩擦状态直接监测、控制装置监测和提高综合监测性能是制动系统状态监测技术未来研究的重点;总结了模糊理论、人工神经网络、灰色理论、专家系统和故障树等智能故障诊断方法在制动系统故障诊断中的应用现状,指出融合诊断方法、故障机理与模型、摩擦故障诊断与预报是制动系统故障诊断未来的发展趋势。

英文摘要:

Braking systems as security devices are very important for machines. State monitoring and fault diagnosis for a braking system has important significance for equipment normal running. This paper gives a simple introduction of state monitoring and fault diagnosis of braking systems, and puts forward direct monitoring the friction state, monitoring the control device, and improving the comprehensive mointoring performance, which are the development trend and future research emphasis. At last, this paper summarizes intelligent fault diagnosis method including fuzzy theory, artificial neural network, grey theory, expert system and fault tree which are the developedment trends of braking systems. This paper also points out that fusion diagnosis method, fault mechanism and model, fault diagnosis and forecast of friction are the future development trends, too.
