将纳米纤维与传统织物复合,开发出一种新型的自调温控智能纺织品。纳米纤维选定聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂(PET)作为支撑材料,与脂肪酸类相变材料——月桂酸(LA)混合,通过静电纺丝的方法,制备LA/PET的混合纳米纤维,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试混合纳米纤维的相变温度,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)检测相变纳米纤维的形貌,并使用平纹织物复合相变纳米纤维,通过平板式保温仪及降温法测试复合材料的保温效果。实验结果表明:含有LA的纳米纤维的结晶温度为36.78℃;在纳米纤维中,PET能够较好的支撑LA;相变纳米复合织物比普通织物更具保温效果,保温时间高于普通织物40%。
Nanofiber and traditional woven fabric were composited to develop self-temperature controllable smart textile. In the composite material, polyethylene terephthalate glycol ester (PET) was used as a supporting material, lauric acid (LA) is selected as phase change material, LA/PET nanofiber was made by electrospinning. DSC was used to test the phase changed temperature of composite nanofiber, the morphology was showed by SEM. Moreover, the heat preserved property of phase change nanofiber/woven composite materials was tested by plate type thermometer and the falling temperature method. The result shows that the crystallization temperature of LA/PET nanofiber is 36.78℃. PET has a good property to hold LA in the nanofiber, the heat preserved property of phase change nanofiber/woven composite material is 40% higher than the normal woven fabric.
