目的:比较不同贮藏年限广陈皮中辛弗林及总黄酮的含量变化规律。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定21批不同贮藏年限广陈皮药材中辛弗林的含量,采用紫外-可见分光光度计法测定总黄酮含量。结果:辛弗林含量在0.1097%~0.3290%范围内,总黄酮含量在7.666%~11.976%范围内。结论:随贮藏时间的延长,广陈皮总黄酮类成分的含量有降低的趋势,但变化微小;辛弗林的含量有降低的趋势。
Objective :To compare and study the dynamic change law of the synephrine and the total flavone in citrus reticulate Chachi from different storage period. Methods :The content of synephrine from the 21 batches of citrus reticulate Chachi was ana- lyzed by HPLC, and the total flavone was determined by UV - spectrophotometer. Results : The content of synephrine was O. 1097% - 0. 3290% , and the total flavone content 7. 666% to 11. 976%. Conclusion : With the extended time of storage, the total flavone content has a lower trend, but changes tiny. The content of synephrine was in a lower trend.
