Objective ：To compare and study the dynamic change law of the synephrine and the total flavone in citrus reticulate Chachi from different storage period. Methods ：The content of synephrine from the 21 batches of citrus reticulate Chachi was ana- lyzed by HPLC, and the total flavone was determined by UV - spectrophotometer. Results ： The content of synephrine was O. 1097% - 0. 3290% , and the total flavone content 7. 666% to 11. 976%. Conclusion ： With the extended time of storage, the total flavone content has a lower trend, but changes tiny. The content of synephrine was in a lower trend.
