江苏沿海地区水资源供需矛盾已经成为制约江苏沿海大开发的主要问题之一，如何解决沿海地区的水资源短缺问题，是实现江苏沿海经济腾飞的重要课题。通过江苏省沿海3市水资源总量的规律入手，分析经济增长与水资源需求量之间的分布规律，并且建立了新一轮周期江苏沿海水资源供给量的Logistic预测模型。探究江苏沿海大开发之后沿海地区水资源供需方面存在的问题。最后从全局和整体出发，强调江苏沿海3市需要解决水资源供给量和需求量的缺口，做好节水工作，提高水资源利用效率，建立起全省水资源可持续利用的管理体系，真正实现江苏经济的腾飞。

英文摘要：

Water supply and demand of coastal areas in J iangsu has become a major problem and restricts the economic development of coastal areas in Jiangsu. How to solve the problem of water shortage in coastal areas is an important issue concerning achieve eco- nomic growth. Based on the water regularity of the three coastal cities in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the distribution be- tween the economic growth and the water resources, and establishes a new cycle of total water resources based on logistics. The problem in water supply and demand is explored after the coastal development in Jiangsu. Finally from a global perspective, it is stressed that if the coastal areas of Jiangsu want to resolve the gap of the supply and demand of water resources, we must work to conserve water, improve the efficiency of water and establish the sustainable use management system in Jiangsu, achieve rapid growth of economic in Jiangsu Province.
