分析并设计了一种新型的风力发电机齿轮箱故障模拟试验台,可以灵活地模拟多种结构类型的风力发电机齿轮箱振动状况,并能方便地对故障进行多种组合模拟。同时采用变频电机和飞轮结构用于模拟实际风机齿轮箱的转矩输入与角速度输入,与实际风况更加接近。通过配置数据采集分析系统,用来对齿轮箱的振动状况进行监测分析。依据正交试验法模拟齿轮故障、轴承故障等实验,对风力发电机齿轮箱故障进行分析研究。
It analyzed and designed a new wind turbine gearbox fault simulation test-bed,which could limberly simulate vibration circumstances of different structure of wind turbines.It is convenient to simulate different kinds of faults.Simultaneously,both the variable-frequency motor and the flywheel were adopted to simulate the torque input and the angular velocity input of an actual wind turbine,which was closer to an actual condition.Configured data acquisition and analysis system,the vibration circumstances of wind turbine gearboxes could be monitored and analyzed.According to the method of orthogonal design and simulating gear faults and bearing faults,the faults could be studied about wind turbine gearboxes.
