将商业模式创新分为价值发现、价值创造、价值实现三阶段,分析大数据对商业模式创新不同阶段的直接影响:引入IT能力作为中间变量,分析大数据对企业IT能力的影响以及IT能力对商业模式创新的影响,论证大数据对商业模式创新的间接影响.从而构建基于大数据的商业模式创新分析概念模型。通过对国家电网运用失数据进行商业模式创新获得竞争优势的过程进行案例分析,发现大数据对企业商业模式的创新的三个阶段中都存在直接影响和间接影响,企业在使用大数据进行商业模式创新的不同阶段和不同的侧重点往往会给企业带来不同的商业模式创新.从而形成差异化竞争优势。
This study establishes a conceptual model of business model innovation analysis on the basis of big data. First of all, business model innovation is divided into three stages: value discovery, value creation, value implementation, to evaluate the direct impact of big data on different stages. Second, IT capacity as an intermediate variable is introduced to analyze the impact of big data on it and its impact on business model innovation, and hence the indirect effects of big data on business model innovation are demonstrated. We take State Grid Corporation of China as the case, to research on the process of its business model innovation by using big data to gain competitive edge shows that both direct and indirect effects of big data on three stages of business model innovation exist. The utilization of big data at different stages or on various focuses in the enterprise can bring a diverse business model innovation, thus developing competitive differentiation.
