目的本文旨在介绍一种可自动调控医用导管球囊内压力的新型仪器的设计。方法本文从导管球囊内压力自动调控仪的构成及硬件、软件设计三个方面进行了介绍;本仪器还设计一个液体和气体压力转换装置,从而达到测量充液球囊内压力的目的。结果该仪器具有能实时显示球囊内压力,能自动调节球囊内的压力,维持球囊内压力恒定在设定的范围内并使球囊内压力在设定的条件下维持一定的充盈时间。可以自动在多种设定的工作条件之间切换并自动记录、存储测量到的数据。结论该仪器智能化程度高,提高了临床操作的安全性和科学研究的精确性;减少了医务人员和科研人员工作的劳动强度。
Objective To introduce the design of an automatic regulator of catheter sacculus pressure based on single chip system. Methods This paper introduces the instrument from aspects of the composition and the design of hardware and software. The instrument has been designed to be able to convert liquid and gas pressure to measure the pressure of liquid-filled cuff. Results The instrument can demonstrate the pressure inside cuff simultaneously. At the same time it can control the inner pressure of cuff automatically, maintaining the inner pressure constantly at a steady range and sustain certain filling duration of inner pressure after setting. It also can switch between different conditions, record and store the data automatically.Conclusion With a high degree of intelligence, the instrument not only improved the security and accuracy of scientific research and clinical work, but also reduced the labor intensity of medical personnel and researchers' work. It brings the convenient for clinical investigation and scientific research.
