为在配电网供电恢复的方案计算中提高获得最优解的概率并加快算法的收敛速度,分析混沌优化算法和免疫算法原理的基础上,提出了一种混沌免疫算法。该算法融合了混沌优化算法的全局搜索和人工免疫算法的局域搜索能力的特点,在优化过程中采用人工免疫算法代替混沌优化算法中的“细搜索”,同时用混沌优化算法中的“粗搜索”来初始化免疫算法中的初始抗体。实例分析表明,该算法具有较快的收敛速度和较强的全局搜索能力,避免了不成熟收敛,有效地提高了供电恢复的速度和精度。
Chaotic immune algorithm based on distribution service restoration after faults is presented by analyzing chaotic optimization and immunity algorithm theory. In the proposed algorithm, a chaotic optimization that possesses excellent global search ability is integrated with artificial immune algorithm that suits to local search, so the metits of both artificial immune algorithm and chaotic optimization are adopted. In the course of optimization, the immune algorithm is applied to replace "thin search" in the chaotic optimization, and "thick search" in the chaotic optimization is applied to initialize the antibody of the immune algorithm, which assures the population diversity and avoids getting m stuck in local minima. The typical tests show that the chaotic immune algorithm can improve the speed of convergence and precision of restoration and avoid premature convergence.
