在对湖北省矿业经济区划分进行介绍基础上，运用均方差决策方法和客观赋权法对湖北省三大矿业经济区土地资源承载力进行评价，并将湖北省矿业经济区土地资源承载力与现有研究成果进行了对比。研究表明：尽管湖北省矿业经济区土地资源承载力在近年不断增大，但和发达地区矿业经济区相比还有很大差距。在分析影响湖北省矿业经济区土地资源承载力关键影响因素的基础上，结合三个矿业经济区各自的产业结构基本特点，提出相应的产业结构转型建设，以从调整产业结构角度出发提出提升湖北省矿业经济区土地资源承载力的基本策略。

英文摘要：

Through using“Mean Squared Error”and“Objective Weight Method”,this paper has evaluated the land carrying capacity in three mining economic regions of Hubei Province,and then has compared with existing research results.This study shows that although land carrying capacity is constantly increasing in recent years,there is a huge gap between these areas and developed regions.In response to this,on the basis of analyzing the key influencing factors,this paper introduces some basic tactics for upgrading land carrying capacity in mining economic regions of Hubei province with adjusting industrial structure in mind.
