以协青早B(协B)、福伊B、9311、紫稻、R463、02428以及日本晴7个水稻品种幼苗为材料,采用200mmol/L Na Cl对其进行盐胁迫处理,并测定了处理后水稻幼苗的株高、根长、含水量、叶绿素含量、电导率、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,以研究盐胁迫对不同水稻品种生长和生理生化特性的影响。此外,运用隶属函数法对各项指标进行综合分析,品种耐盐性顺序由高到低依次为:协B、R463、9311、日本晴、福伊B、02428、紫稻。
The effect of Na Cl stress on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of different rice varieties were studied by using the seedlings of seven rice varieties( Xieqingzao B,Fuyi B,9311,Zidao,R463,02428 and Nipponbare) as materials and determining the plant height,root length,water content,chlorophyll content,conductivity,soluble protein content,proline content,malondialdehyde( MDA) content and surperoxide dismutase( SOD) activity of the different rice seedlings after the treatment with 200 mmol / L Na Cl. In addition,by using subordination function method the characteristics were analyzed synthetically,the result showed that the sequence of salt resistance of the rice varieties is: Xieqingzao B 〉R463 〉9311 Nipponbare 〉Fuyi B〉 02428〉 Zidao.
