Objective： To investigate the role of CTCF in the rearrangement of IgK gene in pro-B cells. Methods： shRNA was used to knockdown CTCF in 38B9 cells. PCR was used to examine the rearrangement of hf24 and VK21G. Results： In 38B9 cells, rearrangement of hf24 and V K21G to J region increased after CTCF knockdown. Conclusion： CTCF represses the rearrangement of IgK gene in pro-B cells.
