采用时域有限差分方法,将麦氏方程转变为差分方程,并以三维光子晶体的点缺陷和面缺陷为例,分析了电磁波在缺陷中的传输特点。结果表明,缺陷球粒的大小,缺陷层的厚度,相对介电常数的大小均对电磁波的传输产生影响。
Maxwell's Equations can be changed into differente equations by using the finite difference time domain method, and taking the point and planar defects as examples, trait of electromagnetic wave in three dimensional photonic crystals is analyzed. Results show that size of the defect spheres, thickness of the defect lay and relative dielectric coefficient has influence on transmizsion characteristics of electromagnetic wave.
