钢筋电极发热混凝土的长期电阻性能研究

利用钢筋良好的导电性制作出导电发热用的混凝土,并进行了3年的长期试验研究。通过研究发现侧面钢筋电极发热混凝土的电阻稳定性要比上下式钢筋电极发热混凝土的电阻稳定性好。采用钢筋作上下式电极时,2~3倍的电阻变化量必须在设计中预先考虑,而制作侧面电极时基本上不需考虑电阻的长期变化。采用普通钢筋得到的电阻(率)稍高,说明普通钢筋产生了一定程度的锈蚀。在后期加热过程中,发现侧面电极板的电阻变化要低。

英文摘要:

The steel bar with good electrical conductivity was used as electrodes in the making of carbon fiber (CF) electrically conductive concrete for heating.Three years' experiment was finished to verify the long term properties of this kind of concrete.The experiment illustrates the conductive concrete using steel bars as lateral electrodes is more stable than the conductive concrete using steel bars as top bottom surface electrodes on electrical resistivity.lf steel bars are used as top bottom surface eleetrodes,two or three-fold incremental backup of electrical resistivity must be considered in the design and the variation of the conductive concrete using steel bars as lateral electrodes can be neglected.The use of the ordinary steel bars results in a higher electrical resistivity because of the slight rust of the steel bars.The continual heating experiment illustrates the electrical resistivity of the conductive concrete using steel bars as lateral electrodes is more stable than the conductive concrete using steel bars as top bottom surface electrodes on electrical resistivity too.
