对引起沙打旺根腐病的2种病原菌茄病镰刀菌沙打旺专化型(Fusarium solani f.sp astrgali,Sad1)和尖孢镰刀菌沙打旺专化型(Fusarium oxysporum f.spastrgali,Sad2)的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明Sad1和Sad2均能在PDA、燕麦、沙打旺汁液、czapek等固体和液体培养基上生长,PDA和燕麦固体培养基是最适条件 但液体培养基以czapek为最适条件。Sad1和Sad2最适液体产孢条件是燕麦培养基,最适固体产孢条件是PDA。Sad1在5℃~40℃均能生长,适温是25℃~30℃,在5℃时生长缓慢 pH3~12范围内都能生长,25℃适温条件下pH6.0~8.0 Sad2在5℃~35℃均能生长,适温是25℃~30℃ pH3~12范围内都能生长,25℃适温条件pH9.0~11.0 2菌均能利用葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、麦芽糖、甘油和可溶性淀粉等多种碳源 也能利用天门冬酰胺、干酪素、谷氨酸,但对蛋白胨利用较差,不利用柠檬酸和酒石酸。生物学特性表明,2菌株是一类对营养要求不高,对环境适应能力强的病原菌。
Biological characters of two kinds of pathogens ( Fusarium solani ~ sp astrgali, Sadl and FusaHum oxysporum f. sp astrga- li, Sad2) causing Sha Da Wang Root - Rot disease were studied. The results show that both Sadl and Sad2 can grow on solid or liquid medium such as PDA, oat, sap of Sha Da Wang, czapek and so on. The optimal solid media are PDA and oat while the best liquid me- dium is czapek. For the sporulation, oat was the optimal liquid medium, PDA for the solid medium. Sadl can grow in the temperature range of5℃ -40℃, the optimal range is 25℃ -30℃ ; Sad2 can grow within temperature 5℃ ~35℃, the optimal temperature range fell at 25℃ -30℃ ; pH range for growth of both is 3 - 12. They both can utilize many kinds of carbon source such as glucose, su- crose, fructose, maltose, glycerol and starch but not citric acid and tartaric acid. Biological characters showed both pathogenic fungi just require relatively poor nutrition for growth and show relatively strong adaption to environment.
