目的：评估某院住院患者头孢吡肟使用的合理性。方法：收集和整理该院2008年10月～2009年4月使用头孢吡肟的出院病历120份,采用回顾性药物利用评价（DUE）方法评价其应用合理性。结果与结论：该院头孢吡肟的应用基本合理,但依然存在较多需进一步改进的地方。
英文摘要：
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the reasonability of the application of cefepime in the inpatients in a hospital.METHODS：120 discharge records of cefepime were collected and classified from a hospital during Oct.2008-Apr.2009.Drug utilization evaluation（DUE） method was used to evaluate the rationality of drug use retrospectively.RESULTS CONCLUSION：The utilization of cefepime in the hospital is basically rational,but still some aspects require further improvement.
