介绍了一种基于现场可编程阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)的高速真丝织物污点在线检测系统。织物在生产线上可能遇到浅黄色机油的污染,危害人的健康。为了排除这些污点,首先对其进行分析,针对其静态特征数据提出了相应的动态分量阈值处理算法,通过仿真验证了该算法的准确性和可行性,最后将算法程序下载到FPGA中进行调试运行,并在现场进行了系统测试。测试结果表明:该系统能有效检测出高速运行的真丝织物上的污点,同时提高了生产的效率和自动化程度,减少了劳动力的浪费。
This paper introduces an high-speed online Fabrics might be polluted by light yellow machine oil stain detection system for real silk fabrics based on FPGA. on the production line, which will be hazardous to human heahh. To remove these stains, this paper first analyzes them, puts forward a corresponding dynamic component threshold processing algorithm in allusion to their dynamic characteristic data, verifies the accuracy and feasibility of this algorithm through simulation, finally downloads algorithm procedures to FPGA for debugging and operation and conducts system testing on site. The testing result shows that this system can effectively detect stains on real silk fabrics running at a high speed and meanwhile improve production efficiency and degree of automation and reduces the waste of social labor force.
