复杂问题解决过程如何影响任务有效性,团队成员如何认知互动过程的影响机制,越来越受到关注。本研究运用计算机模拟情境任务、群体访谈和定性内容分析技术研究由54名被试组成的18组三人复杂问题解决任务团队任务过程变量及其对团队有效性影响机制。结果发现有效性高的团队比有效性低的团队更关注过程中的促进因素,认为任务相关互动促进团队有效性;而有效性低的团队较多地报告过程中的障碍因素,强调人际相关互动对团队有效性的影响。结论:不同有效性的团队对互动过程及其对有效性的影响机制存在认知差异。
More and more research has focused on the effect of the perceived interaction process on complex problem solving effectiveness.The study investigated the team process that team members believed facilitates and inhibits team effectiveness in simulated situation.54 subjects,divided into 18 three-person teams,were required to complete the SYNTEX task.After team members responded to open questions which focus on the aspects helping or preventing team effectiveness.Through systematic coding analysis,the results showed that more team members in the high-effectiveness teams emphasized the facilitating factors,identified the task related interactions as contributing to effectiveness;and members of the low-effectiveness teams were more likely to mention those inhibiting process,indicated the influence of the relation related interaction.The conclusion was there were perceived differences among high and low effectiveness team members about the interaction process and the effects on effectiveness.
